The following documents were created through the Right to Research in International Copyright Law project, a cooperative project launched in 2021 with partners around the world. American University’s Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property chairs the project’s Academic Advisory Network, and we host the open access repository of content produced by the project.

The Right to Research in International Copyright Law project is supported by the Arcadia Fund, a charitable fund of Lisbet Rausing and Peter Baldwin. Arcadia supports charities and scholarly institutions that preserve cultural heritage and the environment. It also supports projects that promote open access and all of its awards are granted on the condition that any materials produced are made available for free online.
