Global Presentations
A solid legal education is always demanding, but it should also be exciting, challenging and relevant to the issues of the day. At the Washington College of Law, the Office of Global Opportunities strives to offer experiences that do just that. As the touchstone for JD students regarding the internationalization of their legal education, our office tracks trends in the global practice of law, keeps tabs on all of the global opportunities at WCL, advises students about which opportunities would be best for them, and is responsible for the success of our five summer law programs abroad, our more than 30 semester abroad programs and our four International JD Dual Degree programs.
Our Global Presentations series features articles and presentations that we have created to facilitate the global mindset of the WCL and global legal education communities. As we engage globally to train lawyers for the evolving practice of law, we will continue to share our knowledge and provide new opportunities.
