The Director of Innovarte Corporation, Luis Villarroel, was invited by the University Libraries Organization to give an introductory lecture about the International Copyright and Libraries Agenda. The presentation focused on commenting the history and treaty proposals that have been presented by the International Federation of Libraries-IFLA, to the WIPO, in order to grant a protection in the intellectual property system, that allows libraries to exercise their role of preserving material and giving access to knowledge.
