THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled “Stablecoins: How Do They Work, How Are They Used, and What Are Their Risks?” The witnesses will be: Ms. Alexis Goldstein, Director of Financial Policy, Open Markets Institute; Mr. Dante Disparte, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Policy, Circle; Ms. Jai Massari, Partner, Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP; and Professor Hilary J.
