The 43rd Annual Congress of ATRIP – the International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property – was held from 22 to 25 June 2025 at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. The theme of the Congress was Exploring the Interface Between Intellectual Property and Justice: Theory and Practice in a Dynamic Reality. A call for papers (Annex A), describing the thematic focus, was circulated widely. Following a record number of submissions, a rigorous selection process was conducted, resulting in a program of 34 panels featuring over 200 speakers.
