Abstract
In this workshop, pre-tenure scholars writing in criminal law and selected by the New Scholars Committee, are paired with more senior scholars in their fields to workshop short (10-page) early-stage works. Each junior scholar’s paper will be presented by an assigned senior scholar reader, and all participants (junior and senior) will have read and will discuss each of the junior scholars’ papers. The aim of the workshop is to provide broad feedback on early-stage works, as well as the experience of collaboratively workshopping scholarship.
