Abstract

Accepted manuscript for Politics & Gender (Cambridge Coronavirus Collection) finding that gender of governor not a significant variable in decision to issue stay-at-home orders in US states, but that states with female-headed health agency more likely to issue stay-at-home orders in March-April 2020.
