Abstract
This jus ad bellum (JAB) syllabus supplement offers curated articles from Just Security’s archives. This resource is intended to be combined with traditional coursebooks and other materials in a law school or other higher education classroom setting. The selections have been curated to reflect recent, compelling illustrations of core JAB topics that are likely to lead to rich classroom discussion (last updated August 2026; additional relevant analysis may also have been published since then, available on Just Security’s website).
