International Humanitarian Law: Syllabus Supplements
Abstract
This international humanitarian law (IHL) syllabus supplement offers curated articles from Just Security’s archives. This resource is intended to be combined with traditional coursecasebooks and other materials in a law school or other higher education classroom setting where these topics are relevant. The selections have been curated to reflect recent, compelling illustrations of core IHL topics that are likely to lead to rich classroom discussion (last updated August 2026; additional relevant analysis may also have been published since then, available on Just Security’s website).
